We can issue refunds for purchased Credits to your dedicated in-app account within one hour of the transaction if the payment was made using an Online/Source account. Beyond this timeframe, purchased Credits are non-refundable. Transferring Credits to other users or accounts is not permitted.
Any Credits refunded to your in-app account will be treated as Store Credits. These Store Credits have lifetime validity and can be used at any time to avail services through the platform, unless specified otherwise under particular offers or promotions. Store Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or bank refunds.
Astrological consultations are subjective and may vary between astrologers. Credits spent compensate our Astrologer Partners for their time and effort, not for the outcome of predictions, advice, or remedies. Thus, we do not offer refunds for any perceived inaccuracies or discrepancies in consultations. If you are dissatisfied with the services, you may contact customer care within seven days to explain your reasons. Our customer care team will: Verify your complaint by accessing necessary information and may ask for additional details. Assess your dissatisfaction based on specific issues such as call disturbances, language barriers, response delays, or irrelevant responses. Should your complaint be justified based on the above criteria, a refund in Credits may be initiated to your account after deducting applicable charges. These will be credited as in-app Credits.
All other transactions concerning the services provided on our platform are deemed final and non-refundable.
